CLEVELAND, Ohio — Browns fans who enjoy taking the RTA Waterfront line to FirstEnergy Stadium on game days are going to have to draw up a new gameplan.
The Greater Cleveland RTA has announced an indefinite suspension the Waterfront Rapid Line that serves FirstEnergy Stadium, other lakefront attractions and The Flats. Concern over the safety of a bridge on the line led to the suspension, and it could take a long time to get things up and running. Meanwhile, President Joe Biden’s decision to mandate coronavirus vaccines at some businesses means workers at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals must get vaccinated. And the GOP’s proposed congressional district maps show the same gerrymandering that new voter-enacted rules were intended to prevent.
